DESCRIPTION

Hind Ultraseal BT is a self-adhesive sealing tape based on a high polymer butyl rubber compound, reinforced with a
durable painted aluminum film. It forms a continuous, flexible, and permanently waterproof seal on contact with the
substrate, providing long-term protection against water ingress, air infiltration, and weathering. The product is entirely
solvent-free, emits zero VOC, and requires no mixing, heating, or special tools for application.

USES

The Product is used for repairing, protecting, and sealing:
• Roofs including sheet metal work and corrugated sheeting
• Facade elements and external wall cladding joints
• Roof tiles, ridge caps, and valley flashings
• Roof gutters, downpipe connections, and overflow outlets
• Chimneys, penetrations, and roof lights
