Uses
Hind PU Foam is a versatile solution designed to simplify selling, filling and insulation tasks across construction projects. It is widely used for installing nd sealing window and door projects. It is widely used for installing and sealing window nd door frames, filling gaps between AEC block walls, and sealing roof openings. The foam also supports soundproofing applications, like creating acoustic screens and applying sound-dampening layers on motors. Moreover, it increases thermal insulation in cooling systems and securely bonds insulation materials during roof construction.
Advantages
This polyurethane foam offers excellent adhesion to most common substrates, excluding Teflon, PE, nd PP. It provides superior filling and mounting capacity, ensuring stability without shrinkage or post-expansion. With high thermal and acoustic insulation performance, it contributes to energy efficiency and noise reduction. It is a stable structure and a closed-cell composition ensures long-term durability abd consistency performance.
Application
Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds before use nd mositen the surface lightly with water. Fill cavities upto 50% to allow expansion. Repeat shaking during use. Ideal working temperature ranges from 20°C to 25°C. Fresh foam can be cleaned with acetone; cured foam requires mechanical removal.
Properties
The foam is moisture-curing polyurethane with approximately 70% closed cells. It delivers strong insulation (35mW/m.K), sound reduction (58 dB), minimal shrinkage (<2%), and temperature resistance from -40°C to 90°C once cured.
Handling & Shelf Life
Wear gloves and safety goggles during application. Protect cured foam from UV exposure with paint or sealant. Store unopened cans upright in a cool, dry place (5°C to 25°C). Shelf life is 12 months. Available size: 750 ml Aerosol can.
